Man, can't help but wonder about the condition of the actual room with all that constant moisture? Did you paint the walls and ceilings with that special waterproofing paint or??? That stuff would eventually cause havoc on your home. All that humidity will eventually start to cause issues no?

When done properly no it's not an issue plus I'm in Arizona very dry here.
