Part of the community

Hello my fellow Chameleon Enthusiasts! I have been using this site quite a bit to research chams before I brought any into my jungle (we currently have a dog, a Blue Iguana, a sugar glider colony, and an array of subtropical plants). I am proud to say that I am now the proud steward of 4 beautiful Ambilobe Panthers! I believe that we as a community can do far more to share, educate, and contribute to a better quality of life for our chams than any one of us alone. I hope to learn on you all for tips and advice and will do my best to so the same!

Reach out to me if you are in the Las Vegas area and would like to be part of our local chameleon groups.
Best,
-Nathan

Nice family you have there. I wanted a sugar glider along with a hedgehog a few years ago, but both are not legal in Pennsylvania.

Its surprising, here in Nevada, one can own lions and tigers without a permit but still some counties outlaw the suggies?

@Tony_S I had some when I lived in CA where they are not legal and I found a lot of support. Vets also wont report someone unless its related to abuse. So you may be fine, I doubt the reprecutions for owning one could be that bad, worst case scenario...

Was that Nevada where back in January/February a Lion was found in an abandoned house?

I thought about that. I've always wanted a hedgehog. I know several people who have pets that they shouldn't have.

Including someone who has a full grown white tip reef shark living in the spare bedroom of his ranch house.
