Peppermint sunning

I took peppermint outside today to catch some natural rays :) It was pretty cool he, was hangin out on my hand for a while, then just basked in his cage for the rest of the day. He shed last week and it was his first time in my care! I also switched his plant to an umbrella tree because his ficus was getting moldy ( I now cover the soil with river rocks and not with paper towels! )

(can you find peppermint in his cage? :)

It took me a minute but he's in the back left. I must have passed over him a couple times thinking his face was a leaf. Lol. He looks very healthy. What locale of panther is he? I'm guessing nosy be or ambanja because of the early blue, nosy be being the one I'm leaning towards. but it's nearly impossible to guess before they really start to color up.

thanks! He's actually a blue bar ambilobe :D

Cool. Where did you get him from? Like I said he looks very healthy. Also do you have a pic of his sire? I love to see what colors peoples chams have the potential of being. I am really infatuated with the colors changes from 3 months on. I bought a yellow body red bar 11 month old male ambilobe and 2 months later he was a pure blue bar with an orange and red background. It floored me so the color changes with ages have interested me ever since.

Wow. Looks like he could turn out to be a super vibrant little guy. Raul reminds me of alot of the Isairy-mifidy bloodline males that I have been seeing pictures of lately. That electric yellow and the mix of blues and reds and the lime green background are outstanding. Congrats on getting a cham for a very nice sire. Good luck with him.
