picking up some eggs tomorrow have questions

I've got 5 hatchlings as of this morning :) only one egg to go.. it's a stubborn one though I haven't really even seen it sweat yet.. I thought it was but it wasn't.. still looks healthy though guess we wait

yup... if the egg has not rotted keep it. I had one clutch of 37 eggs... 4 hatched at 6 months the rest of clutch at almost 13 months.
Congrats on the hatchlings!

Yeah I'm gonna wait on it.. I tried to pen light candle it earlier and I didn't see much of anything inside and it was sort of yellow.. hopefully it keeps developing

Here's some pics for ya lol.. even threw one in there of they're grub... bean beetles via deerharvester thanks again! I actually seen one eating earlier but then being the nosey guy I am I started watching and he didn't like that and stopped.. so now I'm giving them they're privacy lol

You have to love baby pictures! Your baby bin looks great. Would you care to share the details of how you put it together?

Thanks and the bin was actually simple built it like a lot of the ones I seen on here. Affordable also.

Bin $7
Glue gun $5
Bamboo skewers $3
Hanging vine $10 and I still have a lot left over
Also used some screen I had around the house..

The lid i took a sawzaw and cut out everything except where it latches to the bin. Then I went and glued a large piece of screen on the top. The bin I bought had like a recessed ring around the bottom that lets the water build up in it so I cut out a piece of screen for the bottom to keep any chameleons from getting in and drowning... however the ******* fruitflies still commit suicide down there lol. I'm going to drill a hole and put a drain on it when I get a chance. But it serves it's purpose to keep the chams safe for now.

Next I built the jungle gym a lot of criss crossing skewers and gluing.. I cut pieces off of the fake vine to use as foliage hiding spots originally I glued a food bowl in then I realized it was a horrible idea as I have to remove the bowl when I mist or I drown all the pinheads/flies. So now it is removable and I built a perch over it to let them get closer to the food. I had it built low enough that they couldn't reach the top screen to hang on it but now that they are getting a little bigger a few can reach up to it

Ive still yet to see most of them eat. I see them drink when I spray.. but they empty the cricket bowl when I'm not around and they all have fat little bellies lol..

Here's a few pics.. 1 week old.
