You should add some branches and a big plant where he can explore around more. The plant you have currently is sort of whimpy looking :D You can get an umbrella plant or ficus or pothos and many other plants at home depot for about $10. Otherwise things are looking good.
 
Just get something thicker so he'll have more places to climb and hide. My guys love their umbrella plant and their ficus (weeping fig)...it cost me only $20 for two very large plants.
 
plus in my opinion you want to keep the cage like that if your getting a baby. this way you can monitor his/her food intake. when they get bigger and you get a bigger cage then you can add more stuff you just wanna make sure your little one is doing good in his growing up phase.
 
looks pretty good to me i may add afew horizontal branches at various levels for him to crawl around on. i wrap my branchs with fake vines for younger or smaller cham esp, it helps them get a good grip.
