Piper has really fit right into our family and fast. He must know me from talking to him, feeding and watering him in the yard. He's about 10 months old and weights 114 grams,

Oh goodness - what to say - Piper is one lucky iguana! I'm not surprised he is settling in so nicely - who wouldn't? He's beautiful! Can't wait to hear about his little iguana personality!

Jann, anyone who knows you, knows that this was the only possible outcome in this story! Piper will have a wonderful life with you and the crew - I'm just wondering how long he's going to fit in that basket! :D

He's gorgeous Jann; he looks relaxed, bright, alert and happy! I have a huge soft spot for igunas (prior to my Lucy they were the only reptiles I have had). When I was a teenager I had one named Spaz that was free-ranged and he would come and sleep above my head on my pillow every night! Piper is one lucky dude!

wow. beautiful!

Thank you Serena!

Thank you Michelle!

Thanks Deb! Mike secured the screen porch yesterday so Piper now has the entire porch area and already seems happier. Mike is removing the cage as I type.

So he's going to be a member of the family now??

Yes Lynda, Piper is now a family member.

Thank you Michelle! I plan to get him a cat bed shortly. He's she sweetest iggy. I knew dreamed he'd be so easy to tame.

With Jann looking after it it won't fit long!
We all knew what the outcome would be! :)
