Plant Safety

Well I'm soon to be getting my custom build enclosure into my room but all I have is a fake plant but I'm probably going to get a real one soon. But I was looking around for "indoor fruiting" plant and found dwarf citrus. And the dwarf orang tree blooms but I'm not sure if the blooms are edible to a veiled chams. I'm afraid if it blooms and hebeats one it could cause sickness. Anybody have any experience with theses trees or have a link to a credible information page on them? I'm not in a rush so don't throw the first google link into a responsr for me but if you do happen to find one please let me know. Thank you!

I have no experience with that plant, I wouldn't personally put them with chameleons due to the citric acid that the fruits will contain. I hope somebody with more knowledge on plant species helps you soon mate.

The dwarf citrus should be safe. Many of us use fresh orange as part of our feeder gutloads with no trouble. I doubt a cham will have the jaw power to bite through a citrus skin to get at the fruit anyway. However, the dwarf tree will probably need very strong direct light ever to flower or produce fruit. I'd be surprised if a cham setup will provide these conditions.
