Please Help...Cassie was closing her eyes early this afternoon

I take Cassie and Squirt outside every weekend. I took Friday and tomorrow off so they both will get outside tomorrow ?

Perfect if their out for a few hours you don’t need to be so concerned with her uvb for the days she out .

Wonderful...I will put her outside tomorrow and not turn on the uvb light and will do that every time she goes outside. I pray that making all of these changes will help Cassie get better and stay healthy.
How can I help her to not lay eggs or just have small clutch?

At this point I do not think it’s necessary to see vet however keep a close eye on her .

We live near Austin Texas and it's always humid here, but I mist her enclosure in the mornings and evening's.

Her outside enclosure registered at 78° just now.

She is just basking and now it says 80°

Great for my female I keep their basking much lowing then any guidelines recommend they never see above 80 . I’ve had 100% success on 0 clutches . Phoeb’s will be 3 in dec , clelia as well . Clelia ( aka Beanie) laid one clutch when we first rescued her and none since . Frances 2 small clutches and patience as will never laid . I’m not going to get into what I do on this thread but will pm you once I’m done with work .

I’m not saying your girl won’t lay . What I’m saying is the smaller the clutches further apart will be best for your girl . My girls This far have not laid and are healthy . For me the method this far has been successful . Time will tell for your girl if you choose to try the method .

Smaller clutches and further apart would be wonderful, no clutches would be idea. I just want Cassie to live a long, happy and healthy life. I will do whatever I can to help her.

Update on Cassie, she is doing so much better since I have lifted all of the lights, cut down on her food and no more vitamins except for calcium! Thank you so much for all of your help and advise. It really made a huge difference and we didn't have to go to the vet! ☺ ? ? ? ? Her 6% bulb should be arriving next week and I will change that out.
