I really wish you the best of luck. A spine injury seems the most possible. I think you did good things to help her out. Considering chams have a habit of moving through pain she may be physically incapable of grabbing things.
I am not a vet but maybe until you can get her to a vet put some fake leaves around her and a stick so she can have her front feet in the right position and feel like she's hiding while injured.

I think @Beman is right on in post #20....likely a spinal injury and would recommend a good exotics vet on an emergency call.

Also, now that I read your answers to the questions and there has been no feces and she was only fed mealworms, it might be a blockage. Could she have ingested any of her fake leaves?

I'm glad to hear you're making an appointment with the vet. I'm so truly sorry you're experiencing this and I hope the little girl is okay.
