Please Help! Hind Legs Problem!

Until you can get him to a vet....
I would put him in a "hospital cage" low cage...so you can still keep him warm enough and provide the UVB close enough that it will help him.
You don't want him to fall and maybe break something that isn't already broken...so keep the branches close to the floor of the cage
Hospital cage...MBD...

When a chameleon has MBD, you have to bring the nutrients back into balance and then provide proper husbandry to keep them there. When it has MBD it's not only the bones that are affected but the muscles and other systems too...so he may be constipated too.
He needs liquid calcium sandoz or liquid calcium gluconate to correct the calcium levels. He needs exposure to the UVB light and proper temperatures to aid in digestion and thus nutrient absorption.

Regarding proper husbandry...see this link...read my long lost...

There's a bug juice recipe by Susan James and Dr. Kenny Lopez somewhere on line...but I can't find it right now. Bug juice can be fed to the chameleon with a needleless syringe.
