No, the container is for her to lay her eggs in. The laying bin.

The egg laying bin is so she can lay eggs. They can be tossed after since they are infertile but she does need to lay the eggs and she will only do this if she has a place to do it. Yes this could be why she hasn't been eating and doing poorly for a week. The egg laying bin should be at least 8 inches deep so she can dig a tunnel to lay eggs. It should be filled with play sand and/or soil that is moist enough to hold a tunnel she will dig. She will then lay eggs and bury them. After, feed her a little extra with added calcium because she will be drained.
Here's how it should go...
Once you provide her with the egglaying bin and she's ready to lay the eggs, she should dig a hole to lay them in. She may dig one hole or several holes but shouldn't soon select one and dig it until she's satisfied with it. DO NOT let her see you watching her when she is digging or she may abandon the hole and if it happens often enough it can lead to eggbinding and death. Once satisfied with the hole she should turn around bum down and lay her eggs. This often happens in the evening. It can take quite a while. Once she is done laying them she should fill the hole in and tamp it down and return to the branches hungry and thirsty.
The size of the clutch can vary from about a dozen eggs to over a hundred. Yours doesn't look very big...so she shouldn't lay too many. It's a good idea to count infertile eggs before you toss them out.

What happens if she doesn't lay more than 1 egg? How long does this process take and will she survive from not eating? I am gone during the day to work and get home around 2 or 3. Her reptibreeze is right by my bed maybe 10 feet away. Here is a picture of her egg bin. What can I do to improve? She laid 1 egg yesterday so how many days can I expect to pass before she tunnels and lays eggs? Please excuse my messy room normally it's OCD clean. I am OCD

They need complete privacy when trying to lay eggs. I wouldn't mess with her at all.
