I've recently acquired a female veiled chameleon that had previous owners who didn't take care of her at all. She was in very bad shape when I got her. I have had her for about 2 months and she just recently laid her first clutch. I just noticed that there is a bulge around both of her eyes and she is very thin right now. She doesn't seem very strong as she just fell off my arm when I was putting her back into her cage just now. Thank the lord I wasn't standing up completely or that could have ended bad. I own a female panther chameleon and I had male veiled that died about 2 years ago. So I know some about Chams but no clue what this could be.

How many eggs did she lay? Did she lay them in a hole and bury them properly?
Does she grab her own feet? I'd make sure she gets enough calcium.
She looks a little dehydrated.
There's a small bump on her right "hand"...don't know if it's anything or not...just keep an eye on it.
Those eyes need figuring out. I'm not good with eye problems unfortunately.

What supplements have you been using and how often for each? What do you feed/gutload the insects with? Please be specific.

I would definitely say vet visit, an eye that's puffed like that is usually signs of an eye infection, which means pus has already collected there. It is very likely not caused by your care. Unfortunately once they have something they can't easily get out of their eyes on their own, it is either you do a shower, and when that doesn't work (which a lot of people are very lucky if it does) usually they need their eyes flushed and the infection removed once their eyes are that swollen. It would be a good idea to get some form of antibiotics if you could. Stay away from Baytril if possible, especially since she is already in a debilitated state and has just laid. It's just not good on their system in general, and she already is dealing with some other hard stuff.

I dust the crickets everyday with calcium and I dust with d3 uslually 2 times every 2 weeks. I feed hornworms only as treats and some times hoppers. The crickets are fed fresh fruit and greens along with some flukers cricket food.
