I would definitely say vet visit, an eye that's puffed like that is usually signs of an eye infection, which means pus has already collected there. It is very likely not caused by your care. Unfortunately once they have something they can't easily get out of their eyes on their own, it is either you do a shower, and when that doesn't work (which a lot of people are very lucky if it does) usually they need their eyes flushed and the infection removed once their eyes are that swollen. It would be a good idea to get some form of antibiotics if you could. Stay away from Baytril if possible, especially since she is already in a debilitated state and has just laid. It's just not good on their system in general, and she already is dealing with some other hard stuff.
