Possibility of Adopting a Fourth...

Just got a call from my mom tonight telling me that my little brother is getting bored of his female veiled. He enjoys pets with fur and a little more willingness to cuddle... So she was asking if he didn't want her anymore if she could have a home with me! Being the chameleon lover that I am... What is $4 more per week for crickets? I mean, having 4 chameleons isn't THAT many, right? :p She is a beautiful 9 month old veiled who would produce some beautiful offspring with my Del Sol, and has a very feisty attitude (one that will need a little TLC for sure)! This could happen within the next month or two, but had to share my excitement with this phone call! :D

dang 4 chams? i can barely get by the day with just one. how do you guys manage? im guessing everything is automated with timers?

LOL!!! Automated with timers... You're funny :p I get up 30 minutes earlier than I need to each day, and turn on everyone's lights. I then have a spray bottle that you pump (an ExoTerra Mister). I wait 10 minutes after the lights come on to spray everyone, then spray for about 2 minutes each. Usually come home on my lunch hour and spray again. Then spray an hour before bedtime, let them dry a little, then turn out lights at 8:30! I need timers and misters... They would probably help me more than hurt me!

And Hoj... I could not agree more ;)

She said full set-up and cricket keeper! I will probably pay him a little anyway just so that he doesn't feel like he lost so much money... But she has a great background, she came from the same breeder (but different parents) as my male! :D

i guess im just having problems with drainage. i built my cage so the bottom is solid...and now i have to use a large towel plus 2 large tupperwares for drainage. and every day before bedtime i have to go my mini forest to force the tupperwares out and dump the water...such a pain. i put my cage on my bookshelf for crying out loud :D
