I can't find anything on it but are they OK for the chams? They have a really nice one around here for $20

The umbrella is just not one of the most universal plants for chams the best one to go with is a ficus (benjimina or elastica) if you cant find anything locally you can always order them online. Its hard to believe you cant find anything, have you gone to any nuseries? those were my last stop and viola i found loads of ficus. just because its not at walmart doesnt mean its not somewhere else.

Sorry about the language (edited it) just getting upset. I've been to 3 nuseries and the ficus they have isn't on that list. Everyone of them have the rubber plant though

Ive found all 3 umbrella, ficus and pathos plants at nurseries, but if there none around, i have have also seen those plants in the home depot garden section....

home depot, lowes, wal-marts, just about all nursery's all have the pothos ivys, hibiscus, benjimine ficus, and scheffelera tree and plant. im finding it really hard to believe that you cant find any of these because they are all very common house plants !

just wanted to specify that we are not trying to accuse you of anything or call you a lier, its just that we all could find the plants at the obvious locations. We are just curious why you cant find any around?

Not sure what a Prosperity Plant is. Are you referring to Pachira aquatica/ Money tree or Dracaena sanderiana (Lucky Bamboo)? Both are toxic and should not be put in a Chameleons cage.

What kind of ficus are you finding that is not on the list?

I think this is what you are talking about.

If you are...it is listed as being toxic to pets. So the answer to your question would be NO....don't place with your Chams

its called lucky bamboo, but its not bamboo at all, and i agree with Opihiman, do not use it. it is toxic.
