Puffy eyes & won't eat :'( help please

I got two baby veiled chameleons from my brother. He didn't have the time to take care of them but I do. My male shows significant signs of mbd but has been improving a lot since giving the vitamins and calcium. My female seemed to be fine but out of nowhere 2 days ago I woke up and her eyes were completely swollen. She can barely open them at all and she hasn't eaten or drank in 2 days as far as I know. And she has no strength at all. I've got a couple vets but I don't have $100 to go. Please help I'm really sad :'( I love them so much
