Pygmy eggs..ready?

Hello everyone, i have 3 pygmy eggs laid on April 24 and are now acting very strange. I am sure their humidity is ok because none are molding over. Today i saw one had a little dent. Still no fuzz or mold. Then i took of the lid for 2 minutes and boom no more dent. So i then put it back on. After 30 minutes the little dent was there again...so i took the lid off and BOOM no dent. Im so surprised. What is going on? Are they ready to hatch?

what temps are you incubating at? i had eggs harvested then and had another batch laid the week after.............fingers crossed they hatch soon!

Temps vary from 76-78F room temp.

I'm so sorry i cant be much help my chams dont do anything conventionally!! They didnt dent before they hatched for me.

The final one has dented but im not confident that it is alive

i agree with julirs stephan, let em do what there goin to do, with mine i didnt notice any dents, they were really white and rite before they started sweating they turned slightly off white and hatched within 12 hrs...

I know most of you dont know what is going on but...i check today and that egg was a pointer top on the egg. It almost looks as its pushing itself up(the baby inside that is)

I have 2 of mine laid 05/05/10. No obvious sign of something, but I think they will hatch soon. no mold, no dent, but looking good so far.

05/05? Bit early to expect them to hatch surely? Earliest i've read is 60 days and longest 90 days... mine took 111 days! hahaha

Mine are close to 50 days. I dont know. I hope dents dont mean its bad

74-76 maybe 77 the first hatched at 60 days and this clutch is rite at 60 also maybe a day or two shy
