Pygmy feeder?

I have two Rhampholeon spectrum, and was wondering if pin head and 1/8" crickets were a staple feeder. i ordered some fruit flies, but crickets are so much easier.

I personally don't see the harm in just giving them crix. But I'm not that Cham savy. So maybe someone will give you a better answer in a little bit.

Just crickets would be fine, once in a while order a few fruit flies, but mostly crickets should be fine.

Crickets should be fine. Make sure they aren't too big. Which you already know/

I feed mine mostly Crix, FF when I have them or a small roach or worm when one is out of a tank and I dont want to walk over to toss it back in. They will eat anything for the most part. Fun chameleons to keep!

i tried fruit flies but my brevs wouldn't eat them so i just give them pinheads crickets

you have too feed your animals varriatet if wan´t a healty cham ..... how about :Cicadidae - Cicadellidae -Thermobius domestica - Galleria mellonella - Ephestia sp .... ???
