Pygmy's, I'm so confused.

Ok so I wanted a bearded pygmy Rieppeleon brevicaudatus but when I asked a local vivarium if he had any he said I must mean a Stump Tailed Chameleon Rampholeon brevicauda. What's the diffrence? Are they the same.....they sound similar but thiers gotta be a diffrence or else why would they have diffrent names but if they are like 90% the same I will get the stump tailed because I wont have to have it shipped but if they are way diffrent I want my beardie. I'm so confused, I cant really find much info on the stump tailed. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe it is the same species. The families have been revamped recently. I'm 99% positive the brevicaudautus was moved from the family rieppeleon to rhampholen. I'll look for a link in a bit and post it when I come across it.
