quick question

my female veiled is currently 10 months and she has been black for the past 5 days and is seriously round, so iv put soil in her cage in a 25cm deep tub. but question is these eggs will be infertile so will she even lay them or will she just drop them out does she need the soil in there.

She needs the soil. She needs to lay them even though they haven't been fertilized.

She also needs some privacy. I suggest you wrap the cage with paper to give her the illusion of privacy. You can poke some peek holes for your use.

Treat this as you would a "real" laying because, to her, that's what it is.

yes okay thank you,yes her cage is covered.
but she may be black but she doesnt have the orange spots on her? and plus she not eating nearly as much as she used to. she used to have 5-6 crickets a day but now its about 2 at the most?
