Rain off products

Ok this may be a very silly question, and definitely just a side thought because I do not want to harm the plants of the chams. does anyone know if Rain ex or rain off products are safe to use on the inside glass of the vivarium? Please be gentle in responses i am very new and doing a ton of research before setting up anything!

Thank you so much for the fast feed back, looks like I will be using filtered bottled water in my manual misting technique to cut down on residue and fogging.

When you select water, look for "de-mineralized" or distilled water by the gallon jug. It won't leave water spots. But, also considering how much water you'll use day in and day out it might be less expensive to install a small RO (reverse osmosis) water filter on your kitchen sink and use the very very filtered water it produces for all your cham or other pet needs. Great for drinking too.

You can also use vinegar to remove water spots from glass...just don't let them build up too much between cleanings.
