well,
i just came back from the petstore after dropping off a mexican variety black widow.
got home to check on everything and was very upset to see my cham hanging upside down in his vivarium unfortunatly no longer alive.
this being my first chameleon and a very young one at that i can't help but wonder what the hell happened.
the AC kicks on when ever it gets over 78F in the house my room typically has the fan on and he gets misted about 4-5 times a day while im not home.
he was fine this morning woke up when the lights came home, drank the water after i misted him.
now i feel really shitty.. was he eating enough *i didn't see him eat very often* *any way to tell if he was malnurished*.
what sucks even more today is offically the 8th day that i have had him of the 7 day garuntee. i just called the petstore and they said if i go in on monday the guy i bought it from might be able to help me out, but i have to store him in the freezer till then.
OVER all im very depressed.
