Recommendation for plant light

My enclosure from the top to the substrate level is about 90cm. What kind of plant light do I need is strong enough to provide optimal light to the plants near the substrate level?

I use a UVA plant light that stimulates plant growth, but doesn't add any extra UVB (which I already have). I bought the Exo Terra Natural Light 26W. It is really nice to have the extra light and the plants are definitely growing well.

Good to know! My plants are putting out new leaves so I assume it is working... Do you think having a couple lights is better?
