Roach health help

Hi everyone,
I need some advise on my roaches. I have a femal hissing roach that has a yellowish cylinder like thing sticking out of her butt. Its been like that for about 1 week or so now. Does antone know what that is and if she is going to die? I saw one of my Dubia females with the same thing once and she died shortly after. I dont know if thats what caused the death or not. Thanks for any help.

that is her egg case.
They air them out sometimes and suck them back inside later.
Normally it is not a problem.
But if it has been out an entire week- that's not normal.
