I am having trouble finding a real plant for my cham cage, (i live in a very northern part of alberta, its june and we had a frost warning last night!!!) any who i got referred to this link, http://www.flchams.com/safe_plant_list.asp
and i found a Royalty Lilac tree at one of the green houses in town... i bought it because lilac is on the list and it is something that is going to be tall and sturdy enough to do me some good, but i'm wondering if this particular "species" of lilac is going to be ok?
any one have any clue?
thanks muchly =]

i don't know anything about that plant, but i'm in edmonton and have gotten nice ficus, umbrella, and hibiscus plants at holes greenhouse in St.Albert. Don't know how far north you are, but that's always an option if your in the area.

yeah i'm in fort mcmurray.. about 4.5 hours away and i absolutely cannot find anything like that.... hopefully the garden store will get something soon.. but i think i am going to use the lilac tree for now, untill i find something better.. it was on that website so i'm pretty sure its not toxic.... it didn't specify any types of lilac so i am assuming they are all ok?
