Saul- will he live or not? (just the title not a real question)

Saul is still doing well. Just wanted to share some close ups of his eyes. Right eye pictured first: He defiantly has vision problems in it and only sees things that are close. His Left eye is dominant and can see perfect. He does not react when I wiggle my finger in front of right eye or if food is on the right side. ****My phone had updates done to the camera so just enjoying the close ups****.
Size comparison to his sister (there are 2 a little bigger than her being adopted out this week) so he is still VERY tiny.
Have a great weekend!

Good work keep it up!!

This is so heart warming my eyes are getting misty. My first cham was blind and I hand fed him. He'll always have a special place in my heart. You did an awesome thing helping him out like you have! Go Saul! (love the name by the way lol)

I love him! Is he translucent?
Randle was sold to me as High Trans from Underground Reptiles about 4 years ago (little white in the face with black and white on the tail) and female was regular. All the babies (66) were at least low with white feet but I have noticed during second shed of the bigger ones they are getting white in the head also. Saul is 1/5 the size of the bigger ones and still a baby bluish green (the only one).

Yeah- Saul was my wife's doing. So after the 30 plus day and I said "Saul's eyes are opening" she replied "we have to name him Paul" Biblical stuff. Very easy to get attached to the special needs critters.

Decided to mess with Saul today since it is not to hot out yet..
As you can see he is still growing but think the eye is just a birth defect, which he is capable of dealing with. His eyes do seem sunken in but that is his normal look (angry guy look).

I can move my fingers in front of right eye with no response, but in front of his left eye.. No no no He will bite the hand that feeds him. I actually like his aggressive behavior. :)

So amazing!

Quick update! I was able to get a good picture of Saul's right eye. There is no color in it at all (totally blind) but he eats well and has adjusted to being the one eye chameleon. I do not feed him special and is able to shoot and eat with no problems. Not sure if his long range would work but 6 to 8" is fine.
He is also getting nice colors and hisses like a snake (attitude). (y)

Update!!!
He is doing really well and no issues except he is very ornery and tries to bite me every time. He even tries in slow motion too.
