A couple of you are using distilled water interchangeably with 'natural or spring water as well as rain water, but there are not the same. Distilled water is water that has had many of its impurities removed through distillation. Distillation involves boiling the water and then condensing the steam into a clean container. Spring water and rain water is not distilled and both can have minerals and impurities.
