Can someone please help me with a monthly supplement schedule? D3 and without and multivitiam. Thanks p.s. it's all repti cal.

Hmmm this is a pretty controversial topic from what I have seen. I just use the repashy all in one to make it easy. But Without d3 everyday. With d3 every other week and a multivitamin every other week is what I have seen the most.

I believe it also has to do with how much time your little one spends outside getting natural sunlight

That d3 twice a month and multivit twice a month is usually recommended for panthers and veileds.

That's my old Jackson cham he passed away. I only have a veild now.

So?... Without d3 everyday? And twice a month with multi and with d3. Others are telling me once a month with those. I'm getting confused lol

For your veiled if he gets no sunlight I would do twice a month with the d3 and multivitamin

There are many types of multivitamin and many ways to supplement right and even more ways to do it wrong...
Usually it's 6x a week calicum no D3 and on alternating weeks multivitamin or calcium with D3.
If your multivitamin has D3 you can skip the calcium with D3 (that's what I have and use).
Anyways if you ever decide to change supplements I would make the change graduate rather than skipping cold turkey.
Make sure your feeders are properly gut loaded in any case.

I don't gutload nor do I know how. He eats dusted superworms and sometimes crickets. I just need to know the proper times on the supplements I don't want to over dew it and there's various ways on what ppl are telling me to dose. I just need a monthy schedule on what to use lol

Honestly these are the bare basics of chameleon husbandry just like (UVB) lighting and humidity, you should know this prior to buying the animal.
Any dusting is applied lightly on the feeders.
Superworms are not a good staple, they should only be used as treats.
I also think 2 feeders is not enough variety and proper gut loading and supplementation should not be considered optional but must be considered as a must.
I'm using 3 staple feeders (crickets, dubia, silkworms) and have a variety of 'treats' (stick insects, superworms, waxworms and on occasion phoenix worms/bsf)..

The only supplement you should worry about in overdoing is D3, the rest is discarded by the body fairly easy and will only become a problem if you overdo it by a lot.
If anything by following the schedules and giving a proper gut load to the feeders we are most likely over supplementing quite a bit since we have to take in account that feeders may lose their powdered supplements over time or that the chameleon will skip a meal or two on occasion.
