I'm trying to implement a system that will somewhat simulate the seasons' different temperatures and daylight times for a Veiled Chameleon.
I made some research and got this values:
All the temperature values refer to the hottest ambient part of the terrarium (Not directly under the Basking Spotlight).
Winter
Day Light: 12 hours
Night Light: 12 hours
Day Temp: 24 Cº (75 Fº)
Night Temp: 17 Cº (63 Fº)
Spring
Day Light: 13 hours
Night Light: 11 hours
Day Temp: 25 Cº (77 Fº)
Night Temp: 19 Cº (66 Fº)
Summer
Day Light: 14 hours
Night Light: 10 hours
Day Temp: 26 Cº (79 Fº)
Night Temp: 20 Cº (68 Fº)
Fall
Day Light: 12 hours
Night Light: 12 hours
Day Temp: 24 Cº (75 Fº)
Night Temp: 18 Cº (64 Fº)
What do you guys think?
