SENEGAL turning yellow once a month

the senegal i have is turning bright yellow with a white stripe..this seems to happen once a month for the whole day.. i am worried and curiouse to why this happens..does anybody have any suggestions on this subject..i would appreciate ur opinions or knowledge on this

yea shes a female..and i am wondering if senegals get egg bound?

Do you have an appropriate container ow washed playsand in the cage in case she needs to lay eggs?

im not saying shes eggbound..i want to know if senegals lay eggs as do veilds without being fertilized

Yes, since senegals lay eggs they can become eggbound, you need the appropriate container of washed play sand just like Veilds. I have a male Senegal but know about females, I'm not sure about the yellow with a white stripe though.
