Man maybe im wrong but i think that Kammerflauge Kreations sent me an ambaja chameleon.

I have a 7.5-8 month old sambava chameleon sired by el lobo. And he is usually a green color but when he gets fired up he turns a greenish blue and today his bars were kinda really blue.

what is this? im sure yall all know what el lobo looks like

Ask them for a picture of one of his brothers and see what they look like, also send them a pic back to show them.

If you go to the Home page on the left you will see Site Rules, click it and look at point #3 under Postings. This Forum endeavors to not be a vehicle to publicly name vendors or individuals you have an issue with.

By naming the vendor, it reflects negatively to all who read your post. I have been on other Forums that allow public posts of dissatisfaction with vendors or sales between members, and it can, and does get ugly.
If we all follow the guidelines, it makes reading the posts much more enjoyable...:D

EDIT: Nick beat me to it. Phooey.

Yeah, but the BOI is better for it.
The BOI is not only better for it, but it is against the rules to make these types of posts.

Conflicts between individuals and/or businesses should NOT be debated in the public forums. Chameleon Forums should not be used as a tool for resolving personal or commercial disputes.
Hopefully something can be figured out, though.

East coast locales can take much longer to reach their full coloration potential. Sambavas will sometimes go through a stage where they can resemble at time blue barred ambilobes, or in you case maybe even ambanja. He may not begin to really look sambava until he is 10+ months old. A mixup is always possible, but in the kammers situation, I feel like its unlikely.

I'll have to post pictures of my Sambava male. He's around 7months old now I believe. He doesn't look like the typical Sambava but I'm sure he is. I purchased the animal from someone reputable. He's a neonish green with blue bars. He's got that psycho attitude typical of a Sambava and a U bar. I am dieing to find out what he's going to look like as an adult, never seen him fired up either.

No one's feelings are hurt here. We just know it is better to ask the vendor questions like this privately first. The Kammers are great folks, very knowledgeable, and a mistake is extremely remote.

If it makes you fill any better, your chameleon looks very similar in color and size to my ~6 1/2 month old sambava from another site sponsor.

That pic doesn't suggest that's not a sambava to me.It looks a lot like the young sambavas i have seen people post on this forum but then I'm no expert on identifying pardalis locales.

I've not seen hundreds of Sambavas.. but.. Agreed, it looks like a young sambava. It's still growing and so will the colors!
