well guys like i said i would in older posts i was looking to find teeny (my adult bearded pygmy) a mate and ended up getting a pair of juveniles..i was assured that the pair is just that, a male and female..the one male is much more colorful and does have a longer tail etc and more defined ridges and less of a slope than the other new juvenile but she too is way more colorful than her adult female freind..i was told that sexing is easiest as they age and they are all living in the same tank as of now after the intial quarintine and i have not seen any aggression..what i was hoping is someone (i have searched the web far and wide and cant find the pics im looking for) that someone will have pics of male and female juvinle bearded pygmies so i can totally confirm the identification..im trying to get my gf's camera so i can post up some pics but she lost the damn thing so i was hoping just to see a few photos till i can get mine up so you guys can help put me at ease..the reason i was worried is like i said the female (new) is more rounded and a slightly smaller tail than the supposed male but there colors at times are pretty close though the male seems tobe more colorful all the time and what not...i;ll get the pics up whenever i can but would appreciate any pics you guys could find of some youngins of both sexes..my older female is much more bland in terms of colors and is way bigger and totally looks like any female i have seen in terms of the boards and images and books..thanks in advance..
