OK, for what seems like months now I have been taking my male Veiled and putting him in the female's cage, only to have her turn black with turquoise spots and proceed to attack him and chase him off. Poor Raj! This is also bringing up some bad college memories.

About how long after she lays will it be before she is a bit more friendly with him?

She laid a while ago. Not too long though, Dec.

Give her at least 3 months from last laying and move her into his cage...not the other way around.

Yea, atleast 3 months between clutches.

Put the female in the male's cage as stated above. Females are very territorial and even though males are too, that typical male is only thinking about one thing at that point!
