Yesterday I had a little freak with my panther chameleon. I saw brown spots on his foot and saw him sleeping during the day? One is that normal do chameleons take Naps during the day? The vet never gave me any clear info or answer for my questions. He was very rough with him he would yank him off my shirt or flip him on his back very fast and he was already stressed from the car ride. Well before I even went to the vet they told me they knew about them and they could help and when I told them he was sleeping during the day they told me bring him in just incase so that worried me even more. Well at the end of the vet check he went to weigh him. He was moving a good bit and he couldn't get him still to take his weight so he grabs about 6 paper towels and rolls him in the paper towels like a burrito and folds part of the paper towels by his face and pascal seemed to be every distressed. After he did that he takes him off the scale and tosses him to the end of the table and pascal just flips around at that time I grabbed pascal and took him and didn't let him touch him again. He's eating today so not to stressed but is this normal for a bet to treat a chameleon this way?
