silly question

I would love to have a nice setup for my veiled cham just got it like two days ago. I have a 18''Lx12''Wx20''H. All fake plants for now of course (since I have just found out today real is good). But what would be a good size, and if I were to make one, what would I use for the screen? Thinking ahead of course but not to much ahead I am a novice only going into my third day but I want the best and am exicted to see what I can do for him and his enclosure.
thank you good night

As an adult cham, bigger is better for your cage. If you only plan on owning one chameleon (warning***you may become addicted and want more) you can build a cage as large as you'd like or have the space for. 24x24x48 is a commonly suggested size for an adult veiled. If you don't want to build a cage, DIY Cages are great and relatively inexpensive. They are a forum sponsor also. I have priced supplies to build a cage and found that it may actually cost more or equal to the cost of a new DIY cage.
