Skin Problem

My Chameleon has been hiving skin problems for a while. I think he has a thermal burn. Im wondering if there is something I should be applying topically. We have given him antibiotics but it has been inconsistent because he won't always eat the mealworms we are injecting.
Any help would be appreciated!

Is he always that color? He looks really cool all dark like that :)

You're not only feeding mealworms, are you...?

The best topical for burns is Silvadene...a burn medication your local vet should have available. They often get samples and might not charge for one. If you can't get it you could use Polysporin OTC ointment that does not include a pain reliever.
