On the free range that is.
Being 6 months old, and still tiny, but at his age, the others got started on their own.
Had to document this occasion.

Little Smidget, discovers a very large and wonderful world before him:

There are fast food stops along the road.
Every few feet down the trail, I hand feed him a little snack.

Kinda reminds me of my 400lb sister inlaw, food pit-stop every few miles

Thanks :)
Slowly, he has gotten about a 1/3 of the way.
It's like a mini Beltway, with on/off ramps and spots of interest to stop.

They normally don't make the whole loop back to their cage w/o it getting late, and them nodding off somewhere :D

I'm glad little Smidgets is doing well and enjoying some FR time. You'll get him fattened up yet. :)

Thanks Jann, cant tell in these pics, but he is a little butter-ball!!

He has grown a lot, but he should have some good color coming through by now (he is only shades of green).

When Smeagie was even younger, he was already a rainbow of orange, green, brown and yellow.

But in every other way, he acts like a normal healthy veiled male!!

I really wish camimom would separate her babies a few months old!!
I don't think you can possibly know how much a baby is eating when you have them in a cage all together, they all look the same!!

I agree. When I had babies I had them separated or gone to their new home by 10 weeks old. It's also amazing how much food the baby veileds can get. My 27 babies were eating 4,000 crickets a week plus other feeders.
You'll have to get some up close pictures soon so I can see that fat little belly. I weighed my new little veiled Sage today and he's up to 12.9 grams. :)

haha, I love the creative title. I thought I was going to see some cham porn! lol Oh well, the free range is cooler anyways!!

What a big huge world that must seem to Smidget, but he looks to be taking it in all in stride....so cute!

LOL! I know it, they never make the whole trip clear around the Chammitown Beltway!!
I think Noogie is the only one to have ever made the whole trip :D

LOL!! it would be gay chammi porn, as they are all males :D

Thanks, I love to see people's jaws hit the floor when they visit me the first time ;) esp. delivery, utilities/service guys who think they have seen everything
My tax preparer guy was over and pointed to Sméagol's cage and asked; "What IS that thing in there?" LOL
I love the various reactions I get, some think it's cool, other's think I am mentally ill
