This is a sneak peek of one of my male falys. Ive got big plans for this guy. This pic was taken literally 5 mins out of the bag. So he was po'd big time. :D

After he settles in I will get some more pics of him outside. And thanks Jessica Im so excited to get him. Its hard not to watch him and let him settle. :D

check out the nikon d3000slr. it has a great idiot menu that lets people like me take great pics.I took this one this morning on a automatic setting .I cant wait to get a macro lense

Can I ask how much that set you back? And is that a new model or do you think I could find something like that used online?

Yeah, thats him. Im almost ashamed to post these crappy pics of him. :eek: He looks so friggin badazz! Im gonna have to get some decent pics this weekend. I had to take a few though, and he had just literally gotten out of the bag and had a drink and I snapped these before headn back to the offc. He's feisty, drew blood getting him in the enclosure! lol Hes got a nice strong grip and he ate literally right after hittin the cage. Thanks Gesangs!

It is a current model and considered a entry level slr. I wanted a camera with a manual zoom&focus as well as automatic settings.this one does all that I need. i got it at dell.com it was 509.00 free shipping.that was on sale .the reg price was 549. Im sure you can find one on sale
 
Thats affordable and I def want something like that "entry level". To be honest I never was one for taking many pics until I got back into chams again. Thanks for the info.
 
That guy looks awesome! Funny you guys are talking about the d3000, I have the same model! Definitely a good one for beginners!
