Sperm plug

Woke up today and noticed my chameleon seemed too hydrated then noticed his back legs were weird seems he's having problems with his sperm plug I usually mate him but haven't in a while should I try to fix this myself or take him to a vet

Carpet chameleon
Approximately a year-and-a-half old
18x18x24 glass with real plants
Arcadea light temps in the 80s
Dropped at times or I spray twice a day
Feed roaches with repashy lowD

Good job on noticing it. Personally it would be the vet for me, as I would hate to do more harm than good not exactly knowing what the issue is or correct treatment.

I would also take him to a vet, best let the professionals do what they do, they may know a thing or two that we don't

After I posted this he became very lethargic rushed him to the vet but he didn't make it. Thank you all for you feed back

Oh my gosh... I am so sorry for your loss. What exactly did the vet say had happened?

I don't know if it was a sperm plug issue it just was my first thought of what it could be. I just brought him home I didn't get any test. They started to give him fluids and he was gone
