Steve's Gender and Locale?

Hey everyone
Here's my panther chameleon,
I got some pictures uploaded finally (it's name is Steve, I guess I chose it prematurely since I don't know the gender >.<)

I was wondering if you guys can help me with its locale and gender?

I have not mastered the art of sexing but based on the picture of the base of the tail it does look like you chose the right name, it looks like a he to me, but again i am not at all good at sexing.

naming the locale is difficult at this age. My guess would be Ambilobe but that is a big guess. His colors will tell more when he gets older.

He is a boy, I can tell you that much.

The guy at the petstore said it was 6 months old, that was around a month ago, was he right?

I would say he is in the 5 month range based on color. At 6 months he should be showing a little more color, but he could be a slow developer.

Definately a male. Looks like he has a good possibility to throw a lot of reds in the body I would say Ambi but as stated your really cant tell at this age. I would also guess around 5 months of age. Does the pet shop have no info on him. I would ask them if they could dig some up for you if possible.

hey what does the red lines on their bellys mean? my jackson has that. i thought it mightve been a cut, but i noticed urs too
