Stir Crazy Chameleon?

I have an approximately one year old female veiled chameleon. She is usually very calm, enjoys basking, etc, but today when I misted she went berserk. She keeps crawling up and down her cage very quickly, jumping from her branches to the bottom of the enclosure, and hasn't sat still for a while now. Does anyone know what causes this or how I can stop it? I don't want her to break any bones from jumping.

Does she have a laying bin? When females are ready to lay they start going to the bottom of their cage looking for a place to lay.

She does, but she isn't digging anywhere, inside the bin or out.

By the sounds of it she's going to prob start digging very soon. Can you post a picture of her.
