Strange spot on head

So this morning I noticed Nachito has a small red spot on her head above her eye, like a small cut. What do U guys think and what should I do about it?

Has she been rubbing her head against things? She looks like she’s been shedding, which is itchy. Make sure there’s nothing sharp that she can get hurt again on. You can put a small thin daub of neosporin on the cut. Just make sure it’s plain neosporin WITHOUT pain relief. Manuka honey is also great if you have some. It looks superficial, so should heal pretty quickly on it’s own.

I haven’t noticed her rubbing against anything, but I’ll make sure there’s nothing for her to get hurt on.
