Superworm Gutload

Well ive searched around and collect some good things to be gutloading my superworms with. I ordered 500 super worms from www.Ghann.com (theyre in Georgia so with ground shipping they arrive in 2 days). My panther decided to be an ass hole and will only eat super worms, phoenix worms, and wax worms. Ive found that alot of people use dry baby rice cereal as well as some bran cereal and use carrots, potatoes, and various greens to gut load them. For some reason i was thinking that their food needed to be in small pieces because they cant chew on large chunks of food i remember seeing that somewhere. Just wondering if this is true. Ive been buying 50 at a time at work and gut loading them with normal rice cereal and some oat cereal. Is the oat cereal ok if it has sugar in it? Its only temporary for the 50 or so i have now until my big shippment comes. Ive also dropped some carrots and collard greens in there for moisture. Does this sound ok? Tomorrow i plan on buying some sugar free cereals. What do you suggest as bedding?

I use carrots and apples for water and cricket food.
I cut the apple into about 8 large pieces, and they chew it up just fine.
Yhe only thing they dont eat is the skin.
So, leave the skin side up.
Do use regular potatoes because they are high in phosphorous.
Use sweet potatoes.
I use bran for bedding, and I'm sure the place you bought you supers from sells it.
I bought a 1 pound bag from mulberry farms for under 2 bucks.
500 supers can eat a bunch too, so be prepared to feed them erery 2 or 3 days.
It all depends on how much you give at a time.

-good luck
