Suppliments ?

We are currently dusting our Cham's (yemen) food with a suppliment called Nutrobal. We dust every other day. Charlie is just over 4 months old.

The labels states the following:
1g contains:

200mg calcium
150IU d3
vitamins A E K b1 b2 b6 b12 c
folic
nicotinic
Pantothentic acids
biotin choline niacin
minerls Na Fe Co I Mn Zn Se Cu

Our question is, are we proving the right, and adequate suppliments?

I think most people will tell you that this is too much d3. I use nutrobal twice a week, and the calypso dust (plain calcium powder) 4 times a week.

I personally wouldnt provide pre-formed Vitamin A on a daily basis.
