Swelling back feet

My Jackson chameleon has his toes on his back feet swelling he was already missing one nail and had what i thought was scar tissue around it when we got him but now it appears his other foot is doing it only on the back feet I have no idea what has caused this but I'm very concerned any advice would help.

@hlwinters87 it also seems like his front left foot has swelling appearing as well from the photos. Could be infection or gout, my experience with Cham illness is limited though. Vet visit would probably be a good idea.

Not at all to scare you, but any feet problems I’ve seen with my friends who have chams were not good and need vet attention ASAP.
I wouldn’t be too concerned if the other foot wasn’t swollen as well.
Has he fallen at that you know of or had darkened colors for no apparent reason that may suggest something happened to him?

This is happening to my jacksons aswell but i have no clue what they are...

And with this it also gives the cham a hard time to climb, or thats what happens to mines.

He did fall the day before I'm not sure how it might have been due to the swelling it took me longer then I liked to find a reputable vet but I will be getting him in
