Swollen spine??

I'm concerned about his back. It's rounded and feels fatty.

He's a year old.
In a 24x24x48 reptibreeze.
Basking at 88-90°
Eats crickets (15/20 per day) and hornworms as treats. (15/wk)
Supplements: Repashy w/D3 3x/wk, reptivite 1x/wk, repcal calcium no D3 2x/wk, naked food on Sunday.
75W repti basking bulb & repti sun 5.0 uvb.
Mist King runs 4min 3x/day
Stools look normal. White uretics and earthy grey stool.

For his age he's eating a LOT. Maybe cut down the food...an adult really only needs a full meal every other day. If he had skin issues along his spine that could be due to a thermal burn that might swell, but he looks beautiful.

I would also not use calcium with d3 3 times a week. More like 2 times a month. The reptivite should also be used 2 times a month. Most commonly reptivite has d3 on it so if it does you do not need to use calcium with d3 and I would advise you didnt. Like carlton said cutting back the ammount you feed will help also

Reptiles don't deposit fat the same way a mammal does--they don't have a need to insulate their body to keep heat in. That looks like an an over fed chameleon to me.
