***The Official Enclosure Picture Thread***

Here are our enclosures for our chameleons! :)

Thor is our 1 year and 4 months old, Ambanja Panther. We just finished up his new cage last week. It is 5' high, 3' wide and 2.5' deep. It has 2 real Umbrella trees and 1 fake Ficus. He has many vines and dowels for roaming around. As well as fake flowers and plants for hiding.

Zeus is our 4 month old Oustalet's. He has been in this cage since we got him just over a month ago. It is 4' high, 2; wide and 2' deep. Once he out grows this cage, we will build him a cage like the one above. It has 1 Umbrella tree in it right now. We are working on getting another fake Ficus. He also has many vines and dowels for roaming around. As well as fake flowers and plants for hiding.

Did yiu build that big cage yourself?

I put it together myself and got the Arcadia lighting and I built the drainage added a mistking I mist 4 times a day and did the light as I was told by one of our established member 2 lights go on at 7am then the plant light and the 3D reptile lamp go on at 10 to simulate sunup at six pm the first 2 lights go off and the blue moon lights come on to simulate sun down then at 7 all except the moon light go off and finally the moon light goes off at eight. It's really beautiful I love my Arcadia lighting, the heat lamp is on from 7-am to 7pm and I added an Australian driftwood piece from Josh's frogs and I have a live Benjamin ficus and a live hibiscus tree also some fake vines and 2 magnetic ledges one with a food dish and one with a planter I'm going to plant a prayer plant in it and I guess this was a mouth full. Your setups are also awesome. Now I'm looking for a solar meter but they are expensive so I hope to find a bargain wish me luck

Hi everyone. I am new to the thread and to chameleons. I just got my first chameleon. His name is Rambo. I have a lot of work to do still but here is my set up. Any tips for making my set up better will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am a member of another forum that focuses around paintball, and they have a thread dedicated to only pictures of paintball guns to browse through/show off the user's equipment and thought the same concept would work well here, but with our enclosure setups. There's only one rule: each post must contain a picture with part of a chameleon setup in it. Cham pics are okay to add to show who may be living in the setup, and we all love to show off out little guys, but please include pictures of your setup. Repeats are okay, but preferably new if you can. It is nice to be able to scroll through a thread with all pics to get inspiration from other people, but also have commentary in addition to the pictures. And a lot of people make threads on their setup additions, and this puts all of that in one place. Let me know what you guys think...

I guess I'll start...

This is my setup. I have two female veiled chameleons. Liza and Stevie. They have 5.0 compact uvb and exo-terra Reptiglow 5.0. There is also one regular light bulb and a heat bulb. The cages are 18x18x36 and I have an organic soil/playsand mix with a real Schefflera Arboricola. Plenty of vines and stuff to climb up and down. I have had my girls for six months and I think they are getting ready to lay eggs!
