One other suggestion on the roaches, I would put one on the screen top and let it crawl across over his head when he is on his basking spot. My panther will eat it every time that way.

I have placed them on the screen since day one as I don't like touching roaches.. I dust them in a cup then hold the cup to the screen until they crawl onto it,,lol..

Scratchy's finally eating dubias that are now about 1.5" long.. He will only eat one a day..
What I did was just place 2 in the enclosure on the screen, after feeding him only 3 crickets a day for about 4 days and no supers. As he usually eats one super a day with about 6 to 8 crickets..
