O literally shoots them as I'm trying to get them in the feeder bowl. She has hit my arm, hand, cup and baggie in her mad rush to eat all the bugs. She eats all the bugs, all the time. You'd think I never fed her

Don't you use the legs to pick your teeth afterwards or is that bad manners?
I saw a nature show once where the natives were eating tarantulas (cooked in banana leaves if I remember correctly) and they did indeed use the fangs to pick their teeth when they were finished!
Depending on the type of tarantula or how they were prepared I would try. Any species that uses urticating hairs as a defense... would have to be well prepared.
