hello everyone in the past i've always cup fed but my female seems to like to free range for the (cup feeders) ( sounds like a team) hehe if you cup feed how do you do it ??? i use a 3 in deep cottage cheese container wired just below her perch do you guys and gals have multiple containers in the cage ?? ( i know about the milk jug method and as soon as i finish a 1/2 gallon i'm going to make one and try it ) for the ( free rangers ) do you remove the crickets every night or leave them in do you feel the dusting on the crickets is still ok by the time your cham gets em?? any and all info would be appreciated!!
thanks jeff:D:D

I used to free range feed my cham Lily (r.i.p.) and I knew she'd eat close to all of them ,but now with my new baby I love the cup feeding method b/c I know exactly how much he eats. It's great!

I am new to chameleons but I quote what FL Chams said in another post
I don't like cup feeding at all. I think more people kill their chameleons because they want to domesticate them like a dog or a cat. Chameleons are enticed to eat by movement. Free Ranging is the only way to go in my opinion. I realize that some chameleons adapt to this, but I don't recommend this method.
